Hi, I'm
Nikki.
For almost two decades, I've built the programs that connect companies to their communities and open doors for people who've been locked out of them.
For almost two decades, I've built the programs that connect companies to their communities and open doors for people who've been locked out of them.
I've run a $17M education portfolio, scaled corporate giving to engage more than 80% of a global workforce, and stepped in as an interim executive director to steady a foundation when it needed it most.
What ties it all together is a simple belief: social impact only counts when you can measure it, and it only lasts when people feel ownership of it. I bring the strategy and the structure, but I also bring the human side — the listening, the culture work, and the relationships that turn a one-time initiative into something a community can rely on.
I've done this work inside the C-suite at companies like Amplitude, Bank of the West, and Salesforce.org, and alongside grassroots nonprofits and foundations. I speak both languages, and I'm at my best translating between them — taking community insight to the boardroom, and bringing corporate resources to the people who need them.
In 2025, the Urban League of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area honored me at its "Women Leading the Way" celebration. I'm proud of that, but I'm prouder of the programs still running and the students still being served long after the ribbon was cut.
Impact only counts when you can measure it. I build the structure to prove what's working.

Two decades widening opportunity for people who've been locked out shapes every recommendation.
Launched the company's annual DEI Report in 2022 and led every edition since, expanded global giving and volunteerism to engage 80%+ of the workforce, and grew employee resource groups from 3 to 8.
Directed education giving and scaled Circle the Schools from 1 school to 45 across 6 countries.
Led the Resource Group Forum and benchmarking strategy recognized by Forbes as a Best Place to Work for Diversity and for Women.
Built apprenticeship programs for first-generation students and grew qualified scholarship applicants 15% in a single year.
Tell me what you're working on, and let's figure out how to make it reach more people and outlast the launch.
