The work

Social impact only counts when you can measure it. Here's what that's looked like — in numbers, in programs still running, and on the stages where I share what I've learned.

A few things I'm proud of

Results we can point to

80%+
Amplitude

Engaged 80%+ of a global workforce in giving and volunteerism

I expanded global giving and volunteer programs and grew employee resource groups from 3 to 8, with activations like Afrotech and the NBA Foundation that connected brand, talent, and community.

Annual
Amplitude

Launched and led Amplitude's annual DEI Report

I launched Amplitude's DEI Report in 2022 — its first edition covering the 2021 business year — and have led every edition since, most recently March 2026. Each one shares public, radically transparent data on the company's diversity goals and progress, grounding its commitment to an inclusive culture in numbers, not slogans. As I put it: "If we lead with inclusion, diversity will follow."

Global
Amplitude

Stood up Amplitude's global volunteer program

In 2023 I built Amplitude's global volunteer program from the ground up — from the company's first-ever Global Volunteer Day to a year-end Season of Giving — mobilizing Ampliteers from New York to San Francisco to Amsterdam to Singapore to give back in the communities where they live and work.

NBA
Amplitude

Powered Amplitude's partnership with the NBA Foundation

I led Amplitude's partnership with the NBA Foundation to back Black founders — including the All-Star Pitch Finals that spotlighted seven entrepreneurs and an expanded prize pool — advancing opportunity, equity, and entrepreneurship.

1 → 45
Salesforce.org

Scaled an education program from 1 school to 45, across 6 countries

I directed a $17M STEM education portfolio and grew Circle the Schools from a single school to 45, driving 15,000+ volunteer hours and career programs for 1,500+ students.

+15%
Peralta Colleges Foundation

Grew qualified scholarship applicants 15% in a single year

As interim executive director, I built apprenticeship programs for first-generation students and streamlined scholarship operations.

92%
Bank of the West

Built ERG leadership capability with 92% satisfaction

I led the enterprise Resource Group Forum and benchmarking strategy that earned Forbes recognition as a Best Place to Work for Diversity and for Women.

660+
West Oakland

Helped feed kids in West Oakland — 660+ food bags and counting

Through community service with Alpha Kappa Alpha, I've supported monthly food packaging and delivery to students at Prescott Elementary, alongside scholarship fundraising for Bay Area students.

Speaking & workshops

From the stage

I speak and facilitate on social impact, education equity, building inclusive cultures, and leading distributed teams — sessions built to leave people with something they can use Monday morning.

Women in Leadership panel · Dublin Tech Summit 2022

"My personal philosophy is everything starts with inclusion."

On the Women in Leadership panel alongside Renee Hawkins of Thoughtworks and Dorothy Creaven of Rent the Runway, I made the case that diverse product teams build more equitable, globally accessible software — that inclusion isn't just an HR metric, it's a requirement for building better products.
